The Coast-Museum Wilhelmshaven features a multimedia table developed by heddier electronic. This media table displays text, picture and video information on well-known German coastal regions. The table can be operated interactively via sensor buttons. This way, the customer is able to freely select and retrieve information from the multimedia table.
Technical Specifications:
The table is equipped with Winkeys sensors. The sensor buttons are located beneath the tabletop and are thus hidden. A beamer installed beneath the ceiling realizes the media representation. heddier software controls the interaction of beamer and Winkeys technology. The beamer projects buttons on the tabletop. These buttons show the visitor the positions of the Winkeys sensors. If the visitor pushes the equivalent spot the software reacts immediately and displays the corresponding media contents.
