Villa ten Hompel is a Jewish memorial located in the city of Münster.
In cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences for Design Münster, heddier
electronic installed the entire multi-media equipment for the ten Hompel mansion.
Amongst others, heddier electronic modified a telephone system configured during
the time of National Socialism by transforming it into an entirely interactive exhibit.
Furthermore, heddier electronic supplied Villa ten Hompel with audio
stations sensitive to approach as well as large-size TFT-displays.
Equally worth mentioning is the entirely interactive timeline, a display that
can be slid along a metal rail. Depending on its position it shows different media.
A background timetable makes it easier to allocate the individual positions.
To receive the desired information, the visitor simply has to slide the monitor
to the position displayed in the timetable.
This way, it is possible to portray and display historical processes and
developments in an uncomplicated and appealing manner.
