Interaktiver Glockentisch

Interactive Bell Table

Functional Characteristics:
The interactive bell table has 11 sensors that analyse the touching of the bells. For each bell there is an individually designed video and audio file that is played as soon as the bell is touched. During a guided tour through the museum it is possible to activate the playback of the audio files on external speakers via a key switch.

Technical Specifications:
The sensor field of the Mirrormaid sensor is situated beneath the glued on bells and behind a glass pane. The sensor field is extended through the glass on the bell (capacitive interface). Hence, the bells are made contact active without having to drilling the glass. The Mirrormaid sensors analyse the touch of bells. Next, the sensors switch the inputs of the Flashplayer that again launches the playback of the multimedia files. The17" TFT display and the handset run the playback of the multimedia files. The HiFi amplifier can additionally be switched via a key switch.
