The low-emission Foil Sensor HD-FS is simply installed behind paintings and pictures. The installation is carried out on the exhibition wall or as a rear protection of the artwork. Depending on the type of installation the proximity sensor operates with a split sensor area (low sensitivity) or with a reference plate at the floor (high sensitivity).
The sensor is made of low-emission composite material. The 305 g/m² carrier paper is enclosed with a thin layer of aluminium and PE polyethylene. Harmful emissions are effectively inhibited. Foils of this type are approved for storing liquid foods.
The Foil Sensor is cut to size with simple scissors or a cutter knife. Contact terminals are included in the scope of delivery for contacting the sensor surface. The Foil Sensor HD-FS is connected to the Human Detector alarm sensor via cable.
